The practice has over twenty-five years continuous experience in publicly funded housing projects working with Housing Associations and Housing Trusts, Registered Social Landlords and Local Authorities.
Our experience ranges from the refurbishment of single-family dwellings and conversion of existing properties into self-contained flats through to estate master planning and new build developments of houses and flats.
Completed projects have included working with Special Needs Groups, Disabled and Wheelchair Users and Rough Sleeper and Move-on Management Groups.
We are fully conversant with Housing Corporation Scheme Development Standards, HQIs, KPIs, Secured by Design, Eco Homes and National Housing Federation Standards of Quality in Development and incorporate these in all projects. |
