The practice has over thirty years continuous experience in publicly funded housing projects working with Housing Associations and Housing Trusts, Registered Social Landlords and Local Authorities.
Our experience ranges from the refurbishment of single-family dwellings and conversion of existing properties into self-contained flats through to estate master planning and new build developments of houses and flats and urban regeneration.
Completed projects have included working with Special Needs Groups, Disabled and Wheelchair Users and Rough Sleeper and Move-on Management Groups.
We are fully conversant with the Homes and Communities Agency Design Standards, HQIs, KPIs, Secured by Design, Code for Sustainable Homes, National Housing Federation Standards of Quality in Development and The Mayor's London Plan and incorporate these in all projects.
