Residential - Urban Regeneration
The practice has extensive experience of working in close partnership with Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Residents Associations and other Stake Holders on inner city urban regeneration projects in Greater London.
Recent projects include the redevelopment of The Wilcove Estate in Westminster, Salisbury Street Estate in Westminster, Pearscroft Court Estate in Fulham, Robinsons Close in Ealing and The Townmead Estate on Wandsworth Bridge Road.
All projects involve working closely with the Local Authority Housing and Planning Departments, the Local Community and extensive Tenant Consultation including workshops, regular meetings, feedback reports, public exhibitions and newsletters.
The practice has developed key management skills involving listening carefully to tenants opinions, site analysis and preparing design alternatives that form the backbone of our continued activity in this area of our residential experience. |
